Description 
Our Tűk és Tavirózsák rosé (Needles and Water Lilies) is made from 100% Blaufränkisch, crafted exclusively from free-run juice after gentle processing. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged on fine lees for four months in seasoned 500-litre French oak barrels.
Its structure is shaped by the texture gained from lees ageing, vibrant acidity, and restrained oak influence. A layered and elegant rosé, where fruit is accompanied by depth, tension and structure.
The name recalls one of the most beautiful scenes from Alice: Alice, sitting in a boat, reaching again and again for the most beautiful, most distant flowers. There is always one more, always slightly further away. This wine comes from that same search — the desire to reach beyond the easy idea of rosé, towards something finer, deeper, and harder to grasp.
